Nuevo provides custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications that support traditional touch-tone (DTMF) and speech-recognition technology. We work with our customers to 'tele'-enable existing web applications, our clients like the ease of enabling their customers to connect from anywhere at anytime to complete a transaction and generate additional revenue.

What are the IVR/Speech application hosting fees?

Nuevo will host your speech application on our fully redundant infrastructure, our hosted retail package* consists of the following:

• 5¢ per minute for outbound calls,
• unlimited inbound calls,
• a local phone number (DID) fee of $3 per month or a toll-free number at $3 per month with 5¢ per minute on any inbound/outbound calls,
• a $60 monthly minimum fee,
• and a one-time setup fee of $250.
