Can I route and configure the routing on all my incoming calls?
You can configure the virtual receptionist or IVR to route all incoming calls based on your operational needs. Most of our customers route based on departments and individuals within the company, in other cases we have integrated into our customers back-end OSS systems to route based on specific application requirements. Either way, we will take the time to understand your requirements to build the solution you need.

Can I manage the application online?
You can manage the application through our web-based interface. You can configure the phone number to dial, departments/individuals to route to and in some cases we will provide you with a custom web-interface so that you can adequately manage your custom IVR implementation.

How do I use the service once I sign up?
The service is very easy to use, after we receive your sign up we will work with you to configure your IVR, port your number or assign you either a local DID or a Toll-Free number so that your implementation is activated as soon as possible. Your application will be activated as soon as you are satisfied with the implementation.
