Is this conferencing service really FREE?
Our free reservationless conferencing service is really really FREE! No gimmicks, no time limitation, and no pressure to sign up or use the service at all. Use the service how you want, when you want from where you want. We have no plans to charge you for the service at this time or in the future.

Is there a limit on the number of conferences I can make?
We have not established a limit on the number of conferences you can make and there is no plan to limit the service at this time. Use the service how you want, when you want from where you want.

Who is getting charged for the conference calls?
The only costs that will be charged to you are the normal domestic long distance rates charged by your long distance company for the duration of the call. Please note that you will only be charged if you are outside of the local 206 calling area. If you do not want your long distance provider to charge you or if you want to incurr the charges while hosting the conference, please take a look at our competitively priced toll-free conferencing service starting at 4¢ per minute.

How many participants can join the conference call?
We have established a limit on the number of participants that can join the conference, it is currently limited to 192 callers. If you need to make a larger conference call, please contact us at the SUPPORT number and we will gladly increase the number of participants that can join the conference call.

How do I use the service once I sign up?
The service is very easy to use, after signing up you should have received an email with your account information. Simply dial-in using the information provided to you in the email, and email the participant login information to the participants so that they can join your conference.

What are the Terms & Conditions?
Nuevo Communications makes no express warranty regarding the service and specifically disclaims any implied warranty, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  We do not authorize anyone to make a warranty of any kind on its behalf and you should not rely on any such statement.
