Nuevo Communications recognizes and respects your privacy expectations and will take the necessary steps to ensure that information you share with us remains confidential. This notice describes how we guard your privacy. It also describes how we collect and use the information you provide us.

Nuevo Communications does not use third party vendors to market products through the telephone or mail. We will not sell or share your personal information to any such marketing organization. When Nuevo Communications does share information with non-affiliated third parties it is only as described in the section of this notice entitled "Information We Share." Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your information is not something you must request of Nuevo Communications -- it is our standard practice.

We, our, us means Nuevo Communications.

Information collected and stored by Nuevo is used for specific business purposes to protect and administer your personal accounts and transactions.
